Companion pass for handicapped persons
Description
If you are physically handicapped, you may apply for a companion pass. This document verifies that the person accompanying you may be granted free entry to a number of cultural and leisure arrangements, and to certain forms of public transport. The pass is issued to you personally.
Criteria/conditions
No means test is made in connection with the application. Neither is it dependent upon receipt of social security benefits. The lower age limit for applicants is normally eight years.

The companion pass is free.
