The pupils' school environment

Description

Pupils, parents/guardians and boards and committees who represent these may request that measures are undertaken concerning the school environment. The school will consider these applications within a reasonable time and make a written decision. The school environment includes the physical setting such as the indoor climate and play areas, and the psychosocial environment. All staff at the school have a responsibility to investigate and, where necessary, take action if they suspect any occurrence of bullying, violence or racism at the school.

All pupils in the school have a right to a good school environment that promotes health, well-being and learning.
